Job description
We are a fast-growing creator management agency scaling rapidly in both revenue and roster size. Our brand currently has no owned audience and no compounding inbound channel. This role exists to build one, by owning the entire content system from brief through to lead capture, end to end, with no handoffs and no one to wait on.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $1,200 to $1,300 per month base, dependent on experience
- Up to $1,500 per month OTE with a performance component tied to inbound leads generated
- Full-time, remote work
THE ROLE
Nobody hands you a plan. You build it, run it, and answer for what it produces.
As Brand Content Manager you will own the agency's brand content system from weekly brief through to inbound lead capture. You will write the briefs, run the ambassador calls, cut every asset that comes out of the footage: Long form, shorts, reels, carousels — and you will publish across YouTube and Instagram, and maintain the automation that turns attention into captured leads.
One person owns every stage. That means no handoff breaks, no waiting on anyone, and no ambiguity about who is accountable for the result.
This role is explicitly not outreach, paid media, or creator-facing content. Those sit elsewhere. This is organic side only.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Weekly brief and ambassador call — write the brief for each long form video built on hook, meat, payoff and pain, fear, solution messaging, run the call with the brand ambassador to confirm the shoot, fixed day each week so the rhythm never slips
- Content vertical ownership — maintain 2 to 3 content verticals (testimonials, breakdowns, information videos), keep a rolling backlog of angles so there is never a blank week, and pick each week's vertical based on what the last one returned
- Production and asset creation — take the ambassador footage and cut everything: the long form, the shorts, the reels, the carousels, titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and thumbnails — every long form becomes a full asset set by default
- Publishing across both channels — post and schedule everything on YouTube and Instagram, own the content calendar, captions, hooks, playlists, channel layout, and comment engagement across both pages
- Automation and lead capture — set up and maintain the Instagram DM automation, build keyword triggers, comment to DM flows, and lead capture, own the path from a viewer engaging to a lead being captured
- Messaging feedback loop — work with the outreach specialist to check whether messaging is landing and whether leads match the ideal profile, feed that signal straight back into the next brief
- System ownership and reporting — link the whole system together so no stage stalls, report weekly on views, clicks, reach, follower growth, automation triggers, and leads produced, with a clear point of view on what to repeat and what to kill
NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Ships every week without being chased
- Owns the outcome, not just the task list
- Comfortable being the only person in this lane, trained early then trusted to run it
- Brings the plan rather than waiting for one
EXPLICITLY OUT OF SCOPE
- Outreach, lead qualification, or replying to leads
- Any creator or client-facing content
- Paid media of any kind
WHAT YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON
- Inbound leads generated through owned channels
- YouTube, Instagram, and DM automation capture. Content that does not end in a lead is activity.
- Views and clicks across YouTube and Instagram —the leading indicator that moves weekly and shows whether attention is being built
Targets and weightings set quarterly with the Head of Marketing.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years running a brand or creator channel end to end
- A live channel or page you personally ran, with numbers you can speak to and explain
- Proven weekly publishing cadence sustained for at least six months
- Prior titles accepted: Content Manager, Social Media Manager, YouTube Producer, Personal Brand Manager, or a Video Editor who grew into channel ownership
- No requirement to have worked in this industry — category experience is transferable
Skills (must-have)
- Long form video editing to publish standard in Premiere, Resolve, or CapCut
- Short form cutting with captions, hooks, and pacing that hold attention
- YouTube packaging — titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, retention thinking
- Hook and direct response writing, comfortable with pain, fear, solution structure
- Instagram native formats — reels and carousels — plus Canva or Figma for graphics
- Self-management of a weekly publishing cadence
Skills (trainable — not a filter)
- Instagram DM automation flow building, learnable in a week by a capable person
- Our content verticals, audience profile, and messaging library
Nice to have
- Creative strategy or paid social background
- Experience directing on-camera talent
Who you are (non-negotiable)
- A self-starter who ships every week without being chased
- Ownership and outcome mindset — trained early then trusted to run your lane with no micromanagement
- Direct communicator who gives and takes feedback without friction
- Comfortable working alone without losing momentum
