The Role

As a Brand Strategist, you will lead the development of brand positioning, campaign ideas, and marketing strategies that drive meaningful business results. Your role will involve deep research, creative problem-solving, and collaboration with both internal teams and clients to develop innovative strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform brand strategies
• Develop compelling brand positioning and messaging frameworks
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in various industries
• Transforming strategic thinking into visually compelling presentations.
• You will collaborate closely with creative teams and directly engage with clients, taking full ownership of the strategic process from conception to pitch.
• Support in crafting omnichannel marketing and activation plans

• A strong communicator who can sell ideas and inspire confidence
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, consumer behaviour and shopper marketing
• Experienced in developing marketing strategies (agency experience is a plus!)

What we need from you to be considered for this position:

• Matric/Grade 12
• A degree in marketing, brand strategy, or any related field will be advantageous
• 2-5 years’ experience in brand strategy
• Valid drivers’ license
• Amazing PowerPoint skills
• Experience leading client meetings
