Role Overview
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who's equally comfortable with a squeegee in hand and behind the wheel. You'll execute high-quality branding, signage and decor installations on-site and in-office, and you'll keep the agency moving — handling both our on-site transport and our everyday driving needs back at base. You'll be part of a young, dynamic crew where everyone wears a few hats and pitches in across functions, so a collaborative, can-do attitude matters as much as your craft. No two days look the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

Key Responsibilities

• Install & Execute: Carry out on-site branding and decor installations from start to finish, making sure every job meets our high-quality standards.
• Vinyl & Branding Application: Expertly apply all types of vinyl (window decals, wall wraps, vehicle branding, etc.) and install physical branding elements.
• Site Preparation & Finishing: Handle on-site painting, general maintenance and the structural prep needed for decor installations.
• Basic Electrical Work: Perform general, basic electrical tasks for illuminated signage and decor integrations.
• Driving (On-Site & In-Office): Safely drive company vehicles for all the agency's needs — transporting the team, tools, materials and finished elements to and from site, as well as day-to-day office driving such as collections, deliveries, supplier and client runs, and general errands. Plan sensible routes and manage logistics throughout.
• Vehicle & Equipment Care: Do your pre-trip checks, keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained, packed and accounted for.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow installers, project managers and other departments, lending a hand wherever the day's work calls for it.
• On-Site Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with the team, project managers, clients and suppliers to keep jobs running smoothly.

Core Skills & Experience

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in branding, signage and decor installations.
• Driving: A valid driver's licence and genuine confidence driving company vehicles in and around Cape Town for both site and office runs (a PrDP is a strong advantage).
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency across vinyl applications; solid practical skills in painting and general site maintenance; and a working knowledge of general electrical systems as they relate to signage and decor.
• Team Player: Happy to collaborate across functions and roll up your sleeves wherever you're needed.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication with a professional, client-facing manner.
• Problem-Solving: Able to think on your feet, troubleshoot on-site challenges and find practical solutions.
• Reliable & Hands-On: Punctual, dependable and comfortable with physical, hands-on work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence (essential); PrDP advantageous.
• Clear criminal record.
• Relevant trade certificates (e.g. electrical or installation certifications) are a strong bonus but not essential if experience is proven.
