Job description

Set out and lay bricks, blocks and other masonry unit to drawing specification.
Mix mortar and maintain correct consistency for structural work.
Interpret building plans and set out instructions from foreman.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with site H&S rules.
Mentor and supervise unskilled laborer's.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven bricklaying experience.
NQF level 2 or 3 in bricklaying/Masonry OR trade test certificate.
Ability to read basic building plans, use a spirit level, plumb line, and laser level will be an added advantage.
Must have a valid SA ID.
Must be medically fit.
