Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and financial advisors within your region.
• Grow new business through existing industry networks and personal broker relationships.
• Identify, engage, and convert new broker partnerships.
• Provide product support, training, and guidance to brokers and advisors.
• Drive sales growth and achieve agreed business targets.
• Conduct regular broker visits and business development activities.
• Maintain a high level of market and competitor awareness.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and ongoing broker engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams to support broker and client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Broker Consultant within the life insurance industry.
• Proven experience working with broker and advisor networks.
• Established relationships with brokers and financial advisors that can be leveraged to generate new business.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
