Building Caretaker

We are seeking a mature, reliable South African male caretaker for a two-level office property in Durban North. This is a live-in position, with accommodation shared with another caretaker.

Duties include:

• General property maintenance and gardening
• Walking and caring for dogs
• Cleaning the offices, kitchen and toilets
• Keeping the property and working environment neat
• Cleaning vehicles in our small office fleet
• Assisting with basic vehicle-related matters when required

Applicants must be South African citizens, trustworthy, hardworking, comfortable living on the property and genuinely love dogs. General vehicle knowledge would be helpful.

Starting salary: R5,500 per month, including accommodation
Time off: One weekend per month
