Job description

Security management (procure, maintain & monitor biometrics, alarm & CCTV systems, proactive monitoring of guards and ensuring SOPs are followed)
Alarm (ensure that alarm is working at all times, any issues must be addressed immediately especially after hour issues)
Building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, roof, handyman, gardens, pest control, etc.)
Office equipment (tables, chairs, fire safety, power backup, generators, maintaining FAR)
Vehicle management (monitor fuel usage, fines, attend to accidents especially after hours, track vehicle, repairs & maintenance)
HR & Payroll assistance (assist HR Manager to verify and compile O/T, incentives, loan/leave forms and attendance records electronically as well as manually)
General (above responsibilities cover all branch operations unless specified. Liaise with branch staff and travel to branches as necessary. Maintain filing system and file all documents timeously)

Pay: R5 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
