Job description
Mandatory:
Minimum 3 hours a day- full building inspection daily
Full supervison of contractors
Retrieving Quotes from Contractors
Negotiating prices with contractors
Emailing Managing agent with notices for owners
Liasing with security and cleaning company regarding issues
Ensuring compliance is up to date, eg: fire equipment services, lift services, pump services etc.
Ensuring regular deep cleaning is done.
liasing with owners to trustees regarding common property issues
Minor Maintenance to be executed by supervisor.
After hour call outs for emergencies eg: pump issues, lift, fires, burst pipes etc.
Pay: From R9 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
