Vacancies stack up across our network every single day, and every one of them has a clock running. You'll own the pipeline that gets great people from application to appointment, juggling dozens of open roles at once, against tight SLA deadlines. If you're goal-driven, thrive under pressure and can work in a high-stress environment, this is where that pays off. This isn't for the faint-hearted. You'll be carrying multiple stores and dozens of open vacancies at the same time, all with short deadlines and no room to let things slide. It's high-pressure, target-driven, and relentless by design; the right person finds that energising, not exhausting.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

• Track store headcount needs and act on them before they become a problem.
• Run every vacancy from application through to appointment, within SLA.
• Coordinate and sometimes sit in on interviews with line managers.
• Keep Monday.com updated daily so everyone knows where vacancies stand.
• Spot recruitment risks early and put fixes in place.
• Keep records, paperwork, and mandatory checks complete and audit-ready.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 1 year in a fast-paced, high-pressure customer-facing sales or service role.
• Desirable:
  • HR qualification or similar.
  • Previous HR or recruitment team experience.
  • Comfortable in Google Workspace.
  • QSR or retail branch network experience.
  • A valid driver's licence.
