Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Retail, Finance, and IT.
• Conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses for new initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.
• Support digital transformation and retail innovation projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.  Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and systems is an advantage.  Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
