Infinity Rewards is an established retail loyalty and rewards programme with more than 20 years’ experience in the loyalty industry. We operate across South Africa, Namibia, Eswatini, Botswana and Angola, helping independent retailers reward their customers through simple, easy-to-understand CashBack benefits.
Our solution helps retailers understand their customers, reward them, retain them, and communicate with them more effectively. We work mainly with independent retailers, fuel stations, supermarkets, hardware stores and other retail businesses.

Job Description
We are looking for a driven and confident External Sales Representative / Business Developer to join our growing sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with retail business owners, presenting the Infinity Rewards loyalty solution, and converting prospects into signed partners.
This role is suited to someone who understands the retail environment, enjoys working with business owners, is comfortable with cold calling and client meetings, and is motivated by earning through performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new retail businesses, including fuel stations, supermarkets, hardware stores and other independent retailers.
- Follow up on leads received through internal channels, website enquiries, POS partners and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both online and in person.
- Present the Infinity Rewards CashBack loyalty solution clearly and professionally.
- Understand each client’s business needs and explain the practical value of Infinity Rewards.
- Build, manage and follow up on a strong sales pipeline.
- Accurately capture sales activity, client information and follow-ups on the company’s sales system.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales, internal sales coordinator and support teams.
- Ensure a smooth handover of signed partners to the onboarding and support teams.
- Attend training sessions, sales meetings and product learning sessions.
- Travel within the assigned region for client visits, meetings and events.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience in retail, fuel, FMCG, hardware, POS, technology, loyalty, rewards or merchant services will be a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to prospect, follow up, present and close deals.
- Good business understanding and the ability to communicate value clearly.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong Afrikaans and English communication skills will be a major advantage.
- Confident when meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail.
- Well-organised, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Able to work independently while remaining accountable within a team structure.
- Professional, reliable and trustworthy.
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence are essential.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Matric / Grade 12 required.
- A business-related qualification will be beneficial, but strong sales experience and a proven track record will be highly valued.
