Job description
Candidate Profile Approximately 12–20 years’ infrastructure-sector experience. Significant senior-level business development, strategic projects, commercial, client-development or project-origination experience. Current or recent experience within a reputable Tier-1 / Grade 9 contractor, major EPC/EPCM company, infrastructure developer or comparable institutional infrastructure organisation. Demonstrable experience within large-scale, billion-rand and multi-billion-rand infrastructure environments. A verifiable track record of converting opportunities into significant contract awards. Evidence of developing repeat business and long-term institutional client relationships. Strong established networks across public and private infrastructure markets. Strong commercial understanding of construction margins, project risk, procurement and delivery. Working knowledge of EPC/EPCM, design-and-build, PPPs, concessions, SPVs, JVs/consortiums and project-financed infrastructure. Strong executive presence, professional integrity and the ability to represent BoTong credibly with major clients, developers, consulting engineers, financiers, infrastructure institutions and international partners. Qualifications A relevant Bachelor’s degree is preferred in areas such as Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, Commerce/Business or another relevant infrastructure discipline. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification and professional registration such as PrEng, PrQS or PrCPM would be advantageous.
Pay: R80 000,00 - R100 000,00 per month
