Business Development & Lead Generation Consultant
Salary: R10,000 + Commission
Working Hours: Australian business hours

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, opening doors, building relationships and creating opportunities.
You’ll play an important role in supporting our sales and recruitment activities by identifying potential clients, managing marketing campaigns, following up prospects and qualifying opportunities for our business.
Success in this role comes from excellent communication skills, persistence, organisation and the ability to confidently engage with senior decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients across the Australian technology market.
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, online research and lead generation platforms.
- Manage CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Create marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
- Follow up prospects with outbound calls and emails.
- Generate qualified meetings for the business development team.
- Promote IT solutions to technology leaders.
- Assist with candidate sourcing when required.

- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, resilient, positive and target-driven.
