About Prime Circle Finance
Prime Circle Finance is building the financial infrastructure powering the next generation of commerce across Africa through digital assets, cross-border payments, treasury infrastructure, embedded finance and lending.

The Opportunity
Own AML/CFT, FICA, FSCA and FIC compliance across the group while building scalable compliance frameworks across Africa.

Responsibilities

AML/FICA programme
RMCP maintenance
Regulatory reporting
KYC/CDD/EDD
Sanctions & PEP screening
Suspicious (STR) reporting
Compliance monitoring
Policy drafting and staff training

Requirements

Compliance qualification
4+ years AML/compliance
Financial services experience
Strong knowledge of South African regulatory framework.

Based in Cape Town. This is not a remote job.

Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

Business Development: 5 years (Required)
Financial Services: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

RE5 Examination (Required)
