Accountabilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with growth objectives within the fire detection and life safety market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, opportunity development, proposal creation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on market insights, customer needs, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer requirements, risks, and areas for business expansion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term commercial relationships.
• Analyze market data and sales performance to optimize business development activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and initiatives while maintaining strong execution and customer focus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles focused on fire detection systems or related safety technologies.
• Proven experience managing the full sales process, from identifying opportunities and developing proposals to negotiating and closing complex deals.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies in technical or B2B environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting market trends, customer needs, and commercial opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of electronic security technologies, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, AI-driven analytics, and modern safety systems.
• Strong combination of technical understanding, consultative sales ability, and business development expertise.
