Business Development Manager (French speaking)

• Location: 100% remote within South Africa
• Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Job Purpose

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our services to companies working in the textile customization space. You will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, building rapport with existing and potential clients, and ultimately driving sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and potential clients via phone and email.
• Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Qualify business opportunities and identify key decision-makers.
• Present the value proposition of our services and address client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our internal CRM and HubSpot systems.
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native level of French.
• Proven experience in B2B telesales (2+ years required).
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with potential clients.
• Strong self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
