Dustpro, a proudly South African family-owned business with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the private sector. We specialize in supplying high-quality industrial nozzles, dust suppression systems, and specialized equipment to sectors such as mining, agriculture, and manufacturing. With a strong foundation and established customer base, we are ready to scale.
**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a hunter—a natural closer who excels at building relationships and identifying opportunities. You will take ownership of our private sector growth strategy, targeting high-value opportunities across mining, agriculture, manufacturing, transport, food processing, and construction. This role offers uncapped earning potential for the right candidate.
**What You'll Do**
- Proactively build and manage a strong new business pipeline using effective prospecting techniques - Identify, approach, and secure new clients across key private sector industries - Build lasting relationships with decision-makers, from procurement managers to plant engineers - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives - Represent Dustpro at industry events, site visits, and client meetings - Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to shape our offering
**What We're Looking For**
- Proven track record in B2B business development or sales, ideally within industrial, engineering, or related sectors - A natural closer with a hunter mentality—target-driven and thrives on closing deals - Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure - Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency - Experience in the industrial equipment, engineering, or related sectors is a strong advantage
