We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Cleaning division. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Driving new business growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and securing clients within target sectors
Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, consistently working towards and exceeding revenue targets
Leading the full sales cycle — from initial engagement and solution design to proposal development and closing deals
Developing and managing strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of retention and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
Collaborating with operations and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of client solutions
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and strengthen the business offering

Skills and Competencies

Strong business development and sales acumen with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of profitability and client needs
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver against targets
Good planning, organisation, and reporting skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development or sales
Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or related industries is advantageous
Strong understanding of commercial environments such as manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, or corporate sectors
