Business Development Officer – Mining industry
Based in Rustenburg
Salary : Negotiable and market related

Requirements:
- Education: A National Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of external sales and or Business Development Officer experience in an E&I construction, projects and maintenance services to the mining, industrial and infrastructure/commercial sectors in S.A. 3 to 5 years working as Foreman in mining processing Plant
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with electrical systems (LV/MV switchgear, transformers, automation hardware) and process instrumentation (SCADA, sensors, control panels).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional commercial acumen, high-level negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Logistics: A valid driver’s license and high tolerance for extensive travel.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Core Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
Pay: R40 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
