Identify, approach, and engage General Partners (GPs) managing real estate funds, syndications, or portfolios.

Generate qualified sales opportunities and move prospects through early sales stages.

Schedule and support sales calls, demos, and deal progression.

Own lead generation from outreach to handoff (or close, depending on experience).

Develop relationships with real estate ecosystem players, including:

CPAs and tax advisors

Real estate attorneys

Transaction and data providers

Investor relations service providers

Create referral and partnership pipelines that consistently generate inbound opportunities.

Represent as a trusted long-term platform partner, not just a vendor.

Market Intelligence & Feedback

Provide continuous feedback from the market to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning.

Identify patterns, objections, and opportunities within GP and investor communication workflows.
