We are looking for a confident and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This is a true "hunter" role focused on generating new business opportunities and opening doors with prospective clients.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, qualify prospects and secure introductory meetings for our Account Managers. Your success will be measured by the quality of the opportunities you generate and your ability to consistently build a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and business visits.
• Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding each prospect's business environment and technology needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records using ConnectWise Manage.
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
• Represent the Kibo brand professionally at all times.

• Is outgoing, confident and enjoys meeting new people.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is comfortable with cold calling and business development.
• Is self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.
• Has strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Can communicate professionally in both English and Afrikaans.
• Is passionate about developing a long-term career in technology sales.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, sales or lead generation.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Own reliable vehicle for business travel.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work independently and achieve activity targets.

Pay: Up to R25 000,00 per month
