Every day, researchers at places like Harvard, Yale, Bayer and Novo Nordisk are running clinical trials that could become real treatments. They need the right participants to move forward. Your job would be to reach those researchers, start the conversation, and turn their interest into new qualified deals for Trialfacts.

You don't need sales experience — we'll teach you our market, our tools and our whole sales process. What you bring is the part we can't teach: the drive to hit a target, the confidence to reach out to senior people, and the grit to keep improving through rejection. High performers move up and increase their earning potential quickly.

What you'd actually do

Find the right researcher, learn enough about their work to be genuinely relevant, and write them a short, sharp email worth replying to. When they reply, you'll handle the conversation and book the call for our account team. It's all email — no cold calling — and you'd own your research, your messages and your numbers.

Who we welcome

Recent graduates, career changers and early-career candidates are all encouraged to apply. Previous SDR, BDR or target-based experience is a plus, even if it's less than a year — but it's not required. It's a full-time role that needs to be your main focus, but you'll have real freedom in how you structure your hours.
