Our client is an early-stage technology company helping organizations solve cybersecurity challenges through innovative solutions and services.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to own outbound prospecting efforts and help generate qualified sales opportunities.

This is not a traditional SDR role focused solely on manual outreach. The ideal candidate understands modern outbound strategies, leverages automation and AI tools, and knows how to build scalable prospecting campaigns that consistently generate meetings and pipeline.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns.

• Generate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach.

• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.

• Book qualified meetings for the leadership team.

• Utilize automation and AI tools to scale outbound efforts.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize messaging.

• Maintain accurate records within the CRM.

• Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategies and messaging.

• Test new campaigns, sequences, and lead generation approaches.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales representative.

• Proven experience generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings.

• Experience selling B2B solutions.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Ability to work Eastern Time hours.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Confident and professional presence during video calls.

• High level of grit, ownership, and self-motivation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions.

• Experience in cybersecurity sales.

• Familiarity with modern outbound and AI-driven prospecting.

• Experience building automated outbound workflows.

• Previous startup experience.

Software & Tools:

• Experience with some of the following tools is highly preferred: Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, HubSpot, Sales automation and AI prospecting tools.

Schedule:

Full-time

Eastern Time (US)

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

• Full-time remote opportunity.
