Location: Observatory, Cape Town (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: Up to R15,000 per month, depending on experience
We are a growing real estate brokerage based in Cape Town, focused on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions within the property industry. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Researcher to support our growth initiatives.
About the Role
This position is focused on research, lead identification, and data management. The successful candidate will help identify potential business opportunities, maintain accurate records, and support business development activities through effective research and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, property owners, and business opportunities
- Use online resources and databases to gather relevant information
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy
- Identify opportunities within existing databases and records
- Contact prospective clients and manage follow-up communication where appropriate
- Provide professional support throughout the lead engagement process
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives
- Continuously improve research processes and data quality
Requirements
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and proactive approach to work
- Comfortable using online research tools, databases, and professional networking platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in research, lead generation, customer service, or a related field is advantageous
- Your own laptop and car required
