Business Development & Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to drive new business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence in IT channel for barcode and RFID solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, site visits, and relationship-building activities within the IT channel of logistics, transport, supply chain sectors and retail sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, client functions, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to expand the company's market presence within the logistics and road freight sector.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing.
• 5–8 years' sales experiencewithin the IT channel business (end user experience is preferable but not mandatory).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience dealing with IT Channel ( AIDC is a preferred experience).
• Strong understanding of channel and distributors relationships in IT business.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems will be advantageous.
