Job description
Your areas of responsibility:
- Drive sales growth and secure new business opportunities across targeted specialty market segments, including Food, Wind, Packaging, Specialty Applications and strategic acquisitions.
- Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies to expand market share and profitability.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers at multiple levels within customer organisations.
- Research and analyse local and international industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and customer requirements.
- Achieve agreed business development targets in line with company strategy and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with Global Team, Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to identify and develop opportunities within targeted specialty market segments.
- Support the sales team through customer visits, field support, and technical engagement where required.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums to promote the company's products, services, and value proposition.
- Utilize CRM tools and technology platforms to effectively manage opportunities, customer interactions, and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales. Experience in the lubricants Industry beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
