Business, Marketing & Personal Assistant Intern

Part-Time | Centurion | 3-Month Contract

We are looking for a proactive, creative and reliable go-getter to join our growing e-commerce business in a varied, hands-on role.

This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently and isn't afraid to get involved wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and create content for social media

Canva/graphic design, reels and marketing content

Assist with Shopify and general e-commerce administration

Invoice capturing, emails, filing and general admin

Assist with customer orders, stock and supplier administration

Support administration for a professional educational course

Assist with markets, pop-ups and promotional events

Courier, supplier and other collections/drop-offs

Occasional school runs, grocery runs and personal/household errands

Other reasonable ad hoc business and personal-assistant support

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Proactive and takes initiative

Creative with a good eye for design

Confident with social media and Canva

Highly organised and reliable

Trustworthy and discreet

A strong problem-solver

Comfortable working independently and from a private family residence

Comfortable around children

Willing to learn and take ownership

Shopify, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Excel and digital marketing experience would be advantageous but are not essential.

Requirements

Valid driver's licence

Reliable transport

Confident and responsible driver

Students and recent graduates are welcome to apply

Working Arrangement

Tuesday & Thursday + 2 Saturdays per month

Occasional additional or extended weekend hours may be required for markets/events. These will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Location: Centurion

Contract: 6 months, with possibility of extension

Remuneration: R3,500 per month + agreed reimbursement for authorised travel using a personal vehicle
