I am looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Co-Founder and Business Partner to help build and grow a modern financial services business from the ground up.

About the Opportunity

As a Co-Founder and Business Partner, you will be involved in every aspect of the business—from strategic planning and business development to client relationships and operational management. This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the challenge of building a company rather than simply working for one.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, financial planners, wealth managers, investment managers, insurers, attorneys, accountants, and other strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Assist in developing systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead or contribute to marketing, branding, networking, and business development initiatives.
• Participate in strategic decision-making and help shape the future direction of the company.
• Represent the business professionally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Help recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing team as the company grows.
