We are looking for an experienced and reliable Butchery Manager to join our team in the Pretoria West / Daspoort area. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, customer-focused, and able to manage daily butchery operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily butchery operations, staff, production, and stock control.
· Ensure excellent product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
· Oversee cutting, preparation, display, and pricing of meat products.
· Control waste, manage orders, and maintain stock levels.
· Provide excellent customer service and support sales targets.
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Butchery Manager or senior butcher.
· Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and butchery operations.
· Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
· Ability to manage staff, stock, orders, and daily targets.
· Must be reliable, honest, and able to work retail hours.
Pay: R20 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
