We are currently recruiting a Buyer to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities:* Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders

• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
• Assist with RFQ processes, quotation comparisons, and vendor evaluation
• Monitor deliveries, order status, and supplier queries
• Ensure purchasing compliance with internal procedures
• Assist with invoice reconciliation
• Support vendor onboarding and documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance and corporate teams
• Support warehouse and inventory management, including stock control
• Assist with inventory setup where required

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (2-year BTech or relevant coursework preferred)

• Knowledge of procurement principles

• NQF-credited certification in procurement, supply chain, or commercial administration is a plus Experience & Technical Skills:

• 2–4 years in procurement or administrative support

• Experience with ERP/purchasing software (SAP MM)

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Teams)

• Experience in a corporate, multinational environment

• Experience in metals, energy, chemical, EPC, or similar technical sectors

• Basic data entry and recordkeeping skills Key Competencies:
