Job description:
The Fun Company is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Inventory and Distribution Co-Ordinator to manage stock control and distribution from our central warehouse across multiple sites.
This role manages redemption stock, plush merchandise, arcade consumables, and technical spares for arcade and attraction operations. Accuracy, strong controls and financial reporting discipline are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, order and manage stock levels for redemption, plush and consumables.
- Receive, verify and accurately capture all inbound stock.
- Issue stock and spares to sites and maintain full traceability of all movements.
- Maintain accurate stock on hand records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Provide Finance with detailed monthly stock reports (received, issued, on hand).
- Manage technical spares inventory and ensure availability of critical parts.
- Maintain a secure, organised and well-controlled warehouse environment.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- 3 - 5 years in warehouse stock control/inventory management
- Experience handing multi-site distribution
- Exposure to high-value or shrinkage-sensitive stock
- Strong reconciliation and reporting experience
Skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple SKU's and categories
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Comfortable to work independently and under audit scrutiny
