Café Supervisor (XS)

Café Supervisor - Bootlegger.

Bootlegger is one of Cape Town's best-loved coffee brands, and we're looking for a Café Supervisor to help lead the team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves great coffee, great service, and bringing the best out of a team. You'll run shifts, hold the standard, and make sure every guest leaves happy.

What you'll do

• Lead the floor during your shifts and set the pace for the team
• Keep service, coffee quality, and cleanliness at Bootlegger standard
• Support, train, and motivate the team
• Look after guests, sort out issues, and keep the energy positive
• Help with opening and closing, cash-ups, stock, and daily operations

What we're looking for

• Experience in a coffee shop or restaurant, either as a supervisor already or as a strong barista or front-of-houser ready to step up
• Solid coffee knowledge and a real love for hospitality
• A natural leader who stays calm and positive under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and available for early starts, weekends, and public holidays
• Lives near Brackenfell/Kraaifontein or has reliable transport
• The right to work in South Africa
