Job description

Bosch Properties is looking for a driven and confident Call Centre Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is not afraid to pick up the phone and create opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (±300 calls per day)
Engage with potential clients professionally and confidently
Identify opportunities and generate quality leads
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

Minimum Requirements:

Proven sales experience (call centre or similar environment preferred)
Comfortable and confident with cold calling
Excellent communication skills – well spoken and professional
Proficient in English and Afrikaans
Strong work ethic and target-driven mindset
Reliable transport
