Call Center Agent

We are looking for motivated, confident and target-driven Lead Generation Agents to join our growing call centre team in Cape Town.

The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers and generating quality leads for our sales team. We are looking for individuals with previous call centre experience who communicate well, enjoy speaking to people and are motivated to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce products or services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify potential customers and assess their interest.
• Generate quality leads for the sales team.
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and interest.
• Capture accurate customer information on the company's system.
• Arrange callbacks or appointments where required.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Follow call scripts and company procedures.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when speaking to customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous call centre experience is essential.
• Good verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Confidence when speaking to customers.
• Ability to engage potential customers and maintain conversations.
• Target-driven, motivated and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data capturing.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
