Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Clear, neutral telephone voice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Willing to work USA shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required
• 3-6 months BPO experience in a call center
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Currently unemployed
