Call Center Operator

About The Role Gazer is an international automotive cybersecurity company developing advanced anti-theft systems. We are currently looking for a Сall Center Representative to support our market development efforts in South Africa, gathering client's feeback.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to automotive business partners across the South Africa in order to gather the product feedback.
• Follow a structured call script to communicate with dealerships and industry representatives
• Accurately track call outcomes, statuses, and insights in Google Sheets / CRM
• Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of contacts
• Ensure full transparency of activity through the company's telephony system
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to call scripts based on real conversations
• Regularly report on call progress, activity levels, and results

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales roles
• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
• Native / Fluent English
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real conversations
• Attention to detail and discipline in reporting
• Self-organized and comfortable working remotely
• Stable internet connection, computer, and ability to work via online tools

Working Conditions

• Part-time format (Hourly rate)
• Working hours: within standard RSA business hours (9:00–18:00)
• Fully remote work
• Monthly payment based on timesheets
