WE ARE HIRING: CALL CENTRE SALES AGENTS

Generational Wealth Debt Solutions is looking for motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Call Centre Sales Agents to join our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Promote and explain our products and services
Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions
Handle questions and objections professionally
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process

REQUIREMENTS

Previous call centre or sales experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and objection-handling abilities
Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Professional telephone manner
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
