About the Role
Lead Gurus is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Call Center Agent / Lead Generation Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating qualified leads, building relationships, and booking opportunities for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via outbound calls.
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Book appointments for the sales team where required.
- Accurately capture customer information and update CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- Work closely with management to achieve company sales objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, or Sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn CRM systems.
- Reliable internet connection (stable Wi-Fi).
- Own laptop.
- Own headset.
- Backup power and/or a secondary workspace to ensure uninterrupted productivity.
