Call Center Agent / Lead Generation Agent
Location: Durban, Kwa Zulu Natal
Work Environment: Remote/work from home
Pay
Basic Salary: Basic + Performance Bonus + Commission
About the Role
Lead Gurus is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Outbound Call Center Agent / Lead Generation Agent to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective clients, building relationships, and booking opportunities for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of call centre and outbound calling experience, with previous experience in insurance call center experience, financial services, lead generation, telemarketing, or contact centre environments.
Experience using VICI Dail CRM systems will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
* Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
* Generate, qualify, and nurture new business leads.
* Engage with potential clients and identify their needs.
* Build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
* Handle objections confidently and professionally.
* Present suitable solutions based on customer needs.
* Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
* Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales process.
* Accurately capture and update customer information on VICI Dail CRM systems.
* Maintain accurate call records and lead information.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
* Consistently achieve lead generation, call, appointment, and conversion targets.
* Work closely with management and the sales team to achieve company objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Call Centre / Contact Centre experience.
Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience.
Previous lead generation or telemarketing experience.
Experience in the **insurance or financial services industry will be highly advantageous.
Previous experience working with VICI CRM systems.
VICI Dail experience is highly advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good computer literacy.
Reliable internet connection and stable Wi-Fi.
Own laptop.
Own headset.
Backup power and/or secondary workspace to ensure uninterrupted productivity.
