KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS TO POTENTIAL AND EXISTING CLIENTS

PROMOTE AND SELL FUNERAL COVER AND FINANCIAL PRODUCTS

EDUCATE CLIENTS ON AVAILABLE POLICY OPTIONS AND BENEFITSIDENTIFY CLIENT NEEDS AND PROVIDE SUITABLE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS

FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS AND POTENTIAL LEADSBUILD TRUST AND MAINTAIN LONG-TERM CLIENT RELATIONSHIPSACHIEVE SET DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY SALES TARGETSCAPTURE AND UPDATE CLIENT INFORMATION ACCURATELYHANDLE CLIENT QUESTIONS

QUERIES AND OBJECTIONS PROFESSIONALLYPROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE SALES PROCESS

MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF CALL OUTCOMES AND SALESWORK EFFECTIVELY BOTH INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM

REQUIREMENTSSTRONG COMMUNICATION AND TELEPHONE SKILLSCONFIDENT AND PROFESSIONAL TELEPHONE MANNERPASSION FOR SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICETARGET-DRIVEN AND SELF-MOTIVATEDABILITY TO HANDLE REJECTION AND OVERCOME OBJECTIONSGOOD COMPUTER AND DATA CAPTURING SKILLSABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND MEET DEADLINESPREVIOUS CALL CENTRE OR SALES EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGETRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
