Job description

JER Group of companies is seeking driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals to become part of our expanding and vibrant Call Centre team based in Cape Town CBD.

Duties and Responsibilities

Previous call centre experience (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Exposure to both outbound and inbound call centre environments is advantageous
Experience in debt collection will be beneficial

Ability to work independently within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good concentration and focus
Outstanding customer service orientation
Professional and confident telephonic manner
Basic computer literacy
Clear and effective communication skills
Target-driven with the ability to consistently achieve set targets
Clear criminal record (essential)
Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
Proactive and self-disciplined

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 07:30 / 08:00 – 16:30 / 17:00 & two Saturdays: 08:00am – 12:00pm.

Additional Information:
Basic salary PLUS uncapped commission structure
Medical Aid benefit (applicable upon permanent employment after 3 months)
Profit share incentive after 6 months of employment

Cold calling: Minimum 2 year (Required)
Debt Collection: Experience advantageous

Pay: R6 500,00 - R8 000,00 per month
