SUMMARY: POSITION INFO: Joining our client means becoming part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a professional environment on a 6 to 12-month contract. You will work within a well-established organization focused on banking, financial services, and insurance, where your contribution directly impacts client satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls Provide accurate information on investment banking products and services Resolve customer queries within agreed turnaround times Maintain accurate customer records Escalate complex issues appropriately Meet SLAs and quality standards Comply with FICA, FAIS, POPIA, and internal policies Maintain confidentiality Contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience Requirements: Minimum 18 months of relevant experience OR be a BCom graduate Strong analytical skills BCom in Finance, Insurance or Banking or relevant qualification (this is applicable for both graduates and experienced individuals) High level of integrity Ability to work on-site in Gauteng RE5 or FAIS accreditation (where applicable) Computer literacy Familiarity with the following: Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industries
