Call Centre Agent

International Call Group is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging customers over the telephone, promoting products and services, and achieving daily sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms and conditions accurately.
• Capture customer information and sales accurately on company systems.
• Follow approved sales scripts, verification procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and excellent communication.
• Follow up on leads and potential sales where required.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous call centre sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is compulsory.
• Basic computer skills
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
