About Us

We are KGS, an outbound call centre based in Pretoria. We partner with clients to run outbound lead generation campaigns using a dialer system. We are looking for hardworking, resilient people who want to earn well based on their own effort and drive.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making high-volume outbound calls using ViciDial.
• Pitching offers, handling customer objections, and qualifying leads over the phone.
• Navigating your computer, web browser, and dialer software simultaneously while keeping a natural, professional conversation going.
• Reaching your daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.

What We Need From You

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, call centre operations, or sales.
• Resilience: Comfortable with cold calling, dealing with rejection, and pushing through targets every day.
• Tech Confidence: Able to comfortably use a PC, browser, and dialer.
• Communication: Clear, professional verbal communication and good telephone etiquette.

Work Setup Options

• On-Site: Able to reliably commute to our Pretoria office for daily shifts.
• Remote Option: If you prefer working from home, you must have your own proper setup ready:
• A reliable laptop or PC that handles our programs smoothly.
• A stable, high-speed internet connection.
• A professional headset with a mic.
• A quiet workspace free from background noise.

Pay & Earnings Structure

• Structure: Strictly commission-based with no basic salary. Your earnings are entirely performance-driven and uncapped.
• Note on Pay Range: Indeed requires a salary range to be selected on listings (we put R3,500 – R8,500 as a baseline estimate), but please note this position is purely commission-driven. There is no basic pay; what you take home depends entirely on your sales performance.
