Job description

We are looking for a customer-focused Consultant to help our clients design and book their dream holidays. In this role, you will handle everything from initial itinerary planning to final bookings, working entirely from your own home office.
Job Responsibilities:

Design Itineraries: Create custom travel packages including flights, accommodation, tours, and car rentals.
Support Clients: Answer client enquiries via phone and email, offering expert destination advice.
Manage Bookings: Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately using travel software.
Resolve Issues: Assist clients with any travel disruptions or emergency changes during their trips.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in travel sales or customer service.
Skills: Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
Setup: A quiet home workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Mindset: A passionate traveller who loves helping others explore the world.
