About the Role
Mdalisu is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented Call Centre Agents to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is target-driven, possesses great communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional support and service to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
- Experience: 3 to 5 months of call centre, telesales, or customer service experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving orientation.
- Basic computer literacy and data-capturing proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Address client inquiries, provide accurate information regarding company services, and guide customers through processes.
- Perform data capturing and update customer records accurately in company systems.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly performance targets and metrics.
- Maintain a supportive, customer-first approach while upholding company compliance and service standards.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Pay / Retainer: Competitive base retainer ranging from R3,000 to R5,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Incentives: Performance bonuses and sales/activity incentives.
