Job Description

We're looking for an energetic, people-loving, target-driven Hotel Sales & Reservations Coordinator who can turn enquiries into bookings and bookings into unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Converting Calls Into Sales

  • Generate sales opportunities through inbound calling customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and other key stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to sales enquiries, prepare quotations and ultimately close out the sale.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Maximise Revenue

  • Promoting room upgrades, packages, specials and value-added services.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase booking value on every call.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Supporting occupancy and revenue growth through proactive selling.

Deliver Outstanding Service

  • Providing friendly, professional and memorable customer experiances.
  • Building rapport with guests and creating a positive booking experience.
  • Ensuring accurate reservation details and customer information.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications Essential Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous call centre, hospitality, reservations, telesales is needed with at least 6 months experience in sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Must have a clear credit and criminal record.
