Salary: Market Related Sunbet is looking for a customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our contact centre team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving bets, accounts and technical queries, promote responsible gaming, and deliver a seamless customer experience while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

The Call Centre Agent, as the first point of contact for the SunBet business; is responsible for the answering of inbound calls, providing exceptional and professional customer service to successfully on-board and support online sports betting customers in line with company standards.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Grade 12.
• 2/3 year Diploma in related fields.

Experience:

• 1-2 years' experience in a call centre environment.
