Job description

Vital consultants company - call centre agent

This role is in a fast-paced environment with regular shifts including weekends.

Role:

To offer freedom to individuals who can no longer qualify for credit due to different credit related matters . we do this debt relief through budget and removal products. Agents will guide clients through debt clearing options, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and delivering accurate advice.

Qualifications and experience:

Matric certificate , computer literacy , prior experience in call centre , customer service certificate

Duties and responsibilities:

Educate clients on repayment processes and obligations

Provide accurate information about services

Assess financial situations and recommend suitable solutions

Explain the features and benefits of budget and removal products

Escalate complex financial cases to debt counsellors

Required skills and competenceies:

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly

Knowledge of debt review , repayment plans and third parties involved

Emphathy and patience when dealing with financially distressed clients

Computer literacy (ms office)

Pay: R3 750,00 - R5 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
