Job description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues,

Answering inbound calls and resolving customer issues
Making outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, or surveys
Providing accurate product or service information
Maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
Recording customer interactions in a CRM system
Meeting performance benchmarks such as customer satisfaction scores
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments
Staying updated on company policies, promotions, and product updates

Skills / requirements

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
